Shipping policy

AERIS ships worldwide. All orders include a 1–3 business day processing window before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- Domestic (US / CA): 3–12 business days
- International: 7–18 business days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders include a tracking number.
- Standard Shipping: 7–18 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 3–10 business days after processing

SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS

Order Changes: Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the address, items, or shipping method.

Address Verification: Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages: After shipment, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier.

Delivered Packages: We do not issue refunds for orders marked as Delivered. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact your local post office to open a claim.

Tracking Numbers: Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping is not covered by AERIS. A prepaid label will be issued and the cost deducted from your refund.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Some orders may have offers for free shipping depending on seasonality and promotional availability. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, brokerage charges, or import fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. AERIS does not control these fees — any applicable duties or import charges must be paid by the customer directly to the carrier or customs office before final delivery. We encourage you to check with your local customs office for estimated costs prior to ordering.

POST-DELIVERY SUPPORT
If you experience issues such as package delays, failed delivery attempts, or damaged items, contact us at aerisgearofficial@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We respond within 48 hours.
